MOCKTAIL

1 DRINK

MARGARITA/COUPE

ABOUT THE DRINK

Fresh lime does most of the work here, which is exactly what you want in a margarita-style mocktail. Orange cordial brings the citrus sweetness, agave rounds it out, and the salted rim keeps the whole drink sharp, cold and properly Friday Drinks.

SAMANTHA'S NOTES

Balance the citrus

Do the salted rim

The salted rim helps this mocktail feel closer to a margarita. Keep it light so it sharpens the drink without taking over.

Fresh lime is the backbone, so taste before serving. If it feels too sharp, a little extra agave will round it out.

Serve very cold

Shake hard with plenty of ice and serve immediately. This drink is best crisp, cold and freshly poured.
