Knickerbocker Glory

Who decided we were too grown up for a knickerbocker glory? Mine starts with strawberry sauce at the bottom of a tall glass, followed by vanilla ice cream, fresh strawberries and strawberry jelly. More sauce runs between the layers before the final scoop disappears under whipped cream, strawberries, a wafer, sprinkles and a little chocolate. Bring a long spoon.
